The Managing Director of EthnoTreks chooses field representatives in accordance with their qualifications and skill sets in order to accomplish its objectives and stated mission.

Field representatives affiliated with EthnoTreks are assigned projects on a contract basis.  They know their stuff (language, culture, local contacts, logistics, possibilities for adventure…)

Field Representatives . . .

• Provide extensive orientation and debriefing.
• Live where they work, they work where they live. (They live onsite among the people and culture.)
• Do extensive research among the peoples and culture for you to get the best possible information.
